HOW DO I PICK MY SIZE?

There is a sizing chart as the last photo in every listing for your reference. If you don't fall into the XS-XL range, custom sizing is available right here. Custom sizing can only be added on to bralettes being made from scratch. Custom sizing does not cover alterations to existing lingerie.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Processing times very depending on volume. Please check the banner at the top of the shop page for current lead times. Processing time does not including shipping time. If you need something by a certain day, please inform me prior to placing your order. Requests for expedited processing times given after purchase may not be honored.

Flat Rate Shipping is $5 within the United States no matter how much you buy! Flat rate ships vis USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 2-5 days to arrive.

Flat Rate Shipping is $10 to Canada no matter how much you buy! Flat rate ships vis USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.

International shipping is $14 + $1 per each additional item to anywhere else in the world via USPS. Married and Bright is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may incur for international orders. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to me because custom fees were not paid.

Please be VERY careful when entering your mailing address. Free US shipping only applies for the first attempt. If your package is returned to me due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address, a $6 charge will incur for reshipment.

Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, please contact me immediately so I can make the proper adjustments. If you are placing an order to be shipped to multiple locations, please make separate purchases so that shipping costs are accurately covered and to insure the correct items are shipped to the right address.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MARRIED & BRIGHT LINGERIE?

Hand wash your lingerie in cold, soapy water, rinse, and lay flat to dry.

Married & Bright is not responsible for items damaged due to improper care or use.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Stripe, our payment processor accepts all major credit cards. We now also proudly accept PayPal. Sales tax of 9.25% is charged for packages shipping within the state of Tennessee.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Sorry, no. For hygienic reasons and due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, I can not offer refunds, returns or exchanges except for in cases of craftsmanship issues. Thank you for understanding.
